Police are on the scene of a standoff on Church Street in Westbrook. A man has barricaded himself inside of his home on Church Street and Police have responded. Reports from eye witnesses at the scene say that the unnamed man is suicidal. OrdinaryMaine.com was unable to determine if the agressor was armed at the time of this report. Prior to the standoff he raced though the Saco Street area of Westbrook reaching speeds of 90 miles per hour. A passenger jumped out of the car and reported to be okay.
